2:58 PM 08.10.25 Review of: "Kpop Demon Hunters". SPOILER ALERT (this review is for who has seen the movie too, because it won't go that much over the plot). So, at first, and I mean before the first song, I found the movie a bit exaggerated and cringey. Then it changed for the better: the movie actually lets you see that it is actually kinda self-aware -by showing you the fans, specifically- and it knows what kind of fandom the one for kpop stars is. The point is, while the movie developed the plot, even with the cliche appearance of the enemies-to-lovers romance trope between Jinu and Rumi, I was less irritated and more accepting of the ongoing events. The movie actually makes you "preoccupied" for Rumi at the final concert, when she actually loses, and gets tricked, and abandoned. Naturally the music is stunning -except Soda Pop. I HATE Soda Pop.- with it being not exactly my cup of tea, but still pretty good. The fact that at the end of the movie, with all the demons banished and blah blah blah, we still see Jinu's demon pets makes it OBVIOUS that he's still, in some way, alive. But OF COURSE Netflix will milk the money cow and ruin the franchise because they 100% will. Overall, still, it is a pretty good movie.
7:22 PM 08.10.25 Review of: Wednesday S2 (Rant, actually, and no spoilers). SO, LET'S START OFF WITH A BIG OL' WHACK IN THA FACE BY NETFLIX! Because obviously they don't really make seasons 2-AND-3, NO! They do the same cartoonishly evil thing they did with Squid Game S2-3 (Or should I call them S2 Part I and S2 Part II?)! They DON'T record the two seasons separately so they can hear the audience's reviews so they can change the way the other season is, NO, they WANT to have a bad product! Also the writing is lazy, and Tim Burton basically served as a name to put on the series so that you would watch it. But they do this because they KNOW there are STILL gonna be millions of idiots that make edits about the series and reccomend it to everybody. AND they get revenue from publishing the "Two Seasons" between two different months so they can still squeeze every dollar from you. I hated this FIRST PART of the season.
12:14 PM 08.11.25 Review of: Cojum Dip (Self-titled Album). The work of Cojum Dip (So, Bora Karaca) has always fascinated me, but before making a custom CD of his album I hadn't heard every song he produced. Safe to say that it is ASTONISHING! It's one of the coolest things I have ever heard! The opener, Cell, is beautiful! My favorites were 4LOM, Moon Waltz and 13434 Pluto! That and the fact that a few days ago Cojum Dip performed at Sonic Lunch with Tally Hall AND (or should I say, &) gave us 2 NEW SONGS just made me fall in love with the band. Since a new album's coming soon, I'll try to buy some merch for it, maybe a CD or a Vinyl or even a t-shirt, if they even come out. I'm excited to hear more from 'em!
2:19 PM 08.13.2025 Review of: Doctor Who S22, "Vengeance on Varos". I start off this review with the bias of having Colin Baker as my favorite iteration of the Doctor. With that said, this is one of the best stories of the Sixth Doctor, and maybe one of the best in the entire classic show. I loved the characterization and all, and the fact that 6's stories are so 'raw'...dunno, it makes it better for me. Liked this one. The trial is one of my favorite seasons, soo... why was I even surpised? :D
9:31 PM 08.19.2025 Review of: LEGO Star Wars (PS2). The game is quite catching, despite it being old as hell. The usual LEGO formula is used, but there are some quirks, like coins; They are much less obtaniable in levels, with the most expensive character, General Grievous, costing 200,000 coins (or studs). Overall, good game, 8/10.

Review of: Lonely Magic (Album).
Might I start with saying it's PERFECT. It's like the PERFECT album. Like, it's-- Well, let's start with 'Ice Water'. Beautiful song + MV. Makes me want to jump up and down! 'Figure It All Out Together' is delicate and special. 'Hill to die on' is one of my favorites from the album. Seriously, Rebecca Sugar COOKED on this track. 'Beautiful Place' is a stunning bossa nova (which is quite hard to find in new music in 2025). 'This is a love song' really shows how Rebecca can make music in, like, 1234567890 different genres. Really love the rock-ish instrumental. 'Praise' is beautifulllll!!!!!!!! Last but not least, 'Love The Way It Feels' is really cool! 10/10 album.
